Shree Ram Caterers – Amaatra Homes, Greater Noida
Rated 4.9 from 214 Google reviews · Open 24 hours · Serving Vaidpura and all of Greater Noida
Based at Amaatra Homes in Vaidpura, this branch of Shree Ram Caterers serves families and societies across Greater Noida with complete catering and event management. Wedding buffets, birthday parties, namkaran ceremonies, corporate gatherings and society functions are all handled end to end — menu planning, live counters, crockery and setup, service staff, and clean-up.
Our menus cover North Indian classics, Indo-Chinese favourites like Chilli Paneer and Veg Manchurian, live chaat and tikka counters, dedicated kids' party menus, and a full sweets and dessert buffet finished with traditional favourites like Rasmalai. As a mobile caterer we bring the whole setup to your venue — your society clubhouse, banquet hall, farmhouse or home lawn — anywhere in Greater Noida, Noida and Ghaziabad.
What customers come back for is the coordination. One team, one point of contact, and food that arrives hot and on time even when there are four functions across a single wedding.
Pre-Wedding Catering & Decor
Haldi, mehndi and sangeet done end to end. Themed decor, floral setups and lighting paired with snack counters, chaat stalls and full meals, so the whole run-up is one booking instead of six vendors.

Frequently asked questions
Do you cater outside Greater Noida?
Yes. We regularly serve events across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, and travel to venues throughout Delhi NCR.
What is the minimum number of guests you cater for?
We handle everything from small home functions of 30–50 guests to weddings of 2000+. Call us with your guest count and we'll build a menu to fit.
Do you provide decor along with catering?
Yes. Decor, seating, lighting and on-day coordination can all be bundled with catering, or booked separately.
How far in advance should I book?
For wedding season dates, two to three months ahead is safest. For birthdays and smaller functions, two weeks is usually enough — though we take shorter-notice bookings when our calendar allows.
How is pricing decided?
Per plate, based on your menu, guest count, number of live counters and whether decor and staffing are included. Call us with those details and we'll give you a clear quote — no hidden add-ons on the day.
Can you handle multiple functions on the same day?
Yes. We run parallel teams across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, which is how we manage multi-function weddings and back-to-back bookings during peak season.
Can we taste the food before booking?
Yes, tastings can be arranged for larger bookings such as weddings. Get in touch and we'll set one up.
Do you handle haldi, mehndi and sangeet functions?
Yes, all three, individually or as a package with the wedding. Each one gets its own menu and decor theme rather than a repeated setup.
What kind of menu suits a mehndi or sangeet?
Mehndi and sangeet usually work best with chaat and snack counters, live tikka and Indo-Chinese stations, and a lighter main course, since guests eat over several hours rather than in one sitting. We'll build the menu around your timing and guest count.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us by calling or whatsapp on 7303757884. We are always happy to answer your questions.

Haldi, Mehndi & Sangeet — Catering and Decor Together
Haldi, Mehndi, and Sangeet functions in Greater Noida get their own catering and decor package from us — themed food stalls, festive colour-coordinated setups, and a menu that matches the occasion, from tangy chaat counters at Mehndi to festive thalis for Haldi.
One team handles both the food and the look of the event, so you're not coordinating between separate caterers and decorators for the same function.
