Why Birthday Catering Is Different From Any Other Event
A wedding menu is built for adults. A housewarming menu is built around a pooja. A birthday party has to please everyone at the same time: toddlers who will only eat fries, school kids who want noodles and pasta, parents who want proper dinner, and grandparents who want something light and not too spicy. Kids' favourites: mini burgers, French fries, white-sauce and red-sauce pasta, veg noodles and Manchurian, pizza bites, cheese corn balls, chocolate fountain, cotton candy and popcorn.
Starters for adults: paneer tikka from the live grill, chilli paneer, veg Manchurian, hara bhara kebab, dahi ke kebab, crispy corn and mushroom tikka. Paneer tikka, chilli paneer and Manchurian are the three dishes guests ask about most at our parties across Sector 120 and nearby societies.
Main course: shahi paneer or kadai paneer, dal makhani, mix vegetable, dum biryani or pulao, jeera rice, butter naan, lachha paratha and missi roti, with raita, salad and chutneys.

Every menu is customised. If half your guests are children, we shift the balance towards the kids' counter. If it is a 60th birthday with mostly elders, we keep spice levels mild and add more traditional dishes.
